licensed professionals. Legally, this information is available to you just as if
you retained a licensed private investigator at $75 per hour plus expenses. So,

Do you guarantee your information?
We provide a very specific GUARANTEE: if we do not
succeed in providing you a comprehensive report on the Doctor you identify, we
will credit you back in full the payment you made to us. Period. No debate.

What happens if there is additional news AFTER I retain this
Doctor?
For ONE YEAR after you order our report, we will update you at
NO CHARGE should there be any change in the status of your Doctor. If
there is a State Disciplinary Action or Malpractice Lawsuit against your Doctor,
you will be notified immediately.

How long does it take?
On almost all searches, you will receive the results within 72 hours by
return E-mail. If for any reason it takes longer, we will notify you by E-mail
that we will be taking an additional 24 to 48 hours to complete the search. Such
an extension beyond the typical 72 hours is usually related to either a heavy
backlog of requests for our service or technical problems at one of the
databases.
